DAY 1 : Srinagar Airport Arrival & Evening Sightseeing
Arrive in Srinagar and meet our tour representative for an assisted transfer to your hotel. After check-in, enjoy evening sightseeing of the enchanting Mughal Gardens — Nishat Bagh, Chashme Shahi, and Shalimar Bagh — built during the Mughal era. Later, enjoy a Shikara ride on the picturesque Dal Lake (on your own cost).

DAY 2 : Srinagar – Kargil via Zojila Pass (204 km / 6–7 hours)
After breakfast, proceed to Kargil. En route, stop at Sonamarg, known for its lush meadows and snow-capped peaks, then cross the scenic Zojila Pass. Continue to Drass Village, the world’s second coldest inhabited place. Visit the Drass War Memorial (Vijaypath), built in honor of the brave soldiers of the Kargil War.
Arrive in Kargil by evening and check into your hotel.

DAY 03 : Kargil – Lamayuru – Leh
After breakfast, drive towards Leh, stopping at the ancient Lamayuru Monastery, famous for its surreal “Moonland” landscape. Later, drive via Sangam (from the National Highway viewpoint) – enjoy a panoramic view of the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers, Magnetic Hill, and Pathar Sahib Gurudwara – built in honour of Guru Nanak Dev Ji.
On arrival in Leh, visit the Hall of Fame Museum, built by the Indian Army in memory of war heroes.
Check into your hotel for rest and relaxation.

DAY 04 : Leh – Monastery Tour
After breakfast, explore some of Ladakh’s most iconic monasteries:
In the evening, visit Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace, and the local Leh Market for souvenirs and crafts.

DAY 05 : Leh – Nubra Valley (via Khardung La Pass)
After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley (The Valley of Flowers) via Khardung La Pass (18,300 ft), one of the world’s highest motorable roads.
Enjoy stunning panoramic views from the top of the pass overlooking the Indus Valley and endless mountain ranges.
Descend towards Hunder, famous for its rolling sand dunes and Bactrian (double-humped) camels. You may also enjoy a camel safari (at own cost).

DAY 06 : Turtuk Excursion up to Zero Point (Thang)
After breakfast, drive to Turtuk, a village first opened to tourists in 2010. It was annexed by India after the 1971 war and is one of the few Balti villages in India.
Explore the beautiful village known for its Balti culture, traditional stone utensils, apricot orchards, and scenic views of the Shyok Valley.
On clear days, you can catch a glimpse of the K2 Mountain Peak across the border in Pakistan.
Drive further to Thang (Zero Point) – the northernmost village of India at the Indo-Pak border, where binoculars can be hired to view Pakistani villages across the Line of Control.
Return to Hunder/Diskit by evening.
Dinner and overnight stay in Nubra Valley.
DAY 07 : Nubra Valley – Pangong Lake via Shyok
After breakfast, drive towards Pangong Lake via the beautiful Shyok route, passing through Disket Monastery, Tangtse, and Spangmik.
Enjoy the scenic drive along the Shyok River as it winds through dramatic valleys and mountain landscapes.
Upon arrival, witness the mesmerizing blue waters of Pangong Lake (14,000 ft) and enjoy photography by the lakeside.
Dinner and overnight stay in cottages/camps near Pangong Lake.
DAY 08 : Pangong Lake – Leh (via Changla Pass)
Enjoy an early morning walk or photo session around Pangong Lake to capture its changing colors.
After breakfast, drive back to Leh via Changla Pass (17,688 ft).
En route, visit Hemis Monastery, Thiksey Monastery, and the famous Rancho School (Druk White Lotus School) from the movie 3 Idiots.
Arrive at Leh by afternoon.
Dinner and overnight stay at Leh Hotel.
DAY 09 : Leh to Jispa via Taglangla pass
After an early breakfast, begin your spectacular drive from Leh to Jispa, retracing the historic Leh–Manali Highway — one of the highest and most scenic roads in the world. Ascend the mighty Tanglang La Pass (17,585 ft), one of the highest motorable passes in India connecting Ladakh with Manali.
Drive across the vast Skyangchu Thang Plateau, stretching endlessly for over 42 km — a surreal experience above the clouds. Halt for lunch at Pang, a popular stop amid rugged mountain landscapes. Continue your journey crossing Nakee La, Lachulung La, Baralacha La, and Sarchu — each offering stunning Himalayan vistas and high-altitude desert charm.
Arrive in Jispa by evening and complete check-in formalities at your hotel/camp.

DAY 10 : Jispa to Manali via Atal Tunnel
After breakfast, set out for Manali, descending from the trans-Himalayan landscape to the lush green valleys of Himachal. Drive past Keylong, the district headquarters of Lahaul, surrounded by snow-clad peaks.
Cross the iconic Atal Tunnel (9.02 km) — India’s engineering marvel connecting Lahaul Valley with Manali. Witness the breathtaking contrast as the barren mountains give way to pine forests and cascading streams.
Arrive in Manali, check in at your hotel, and unwind after your adventurous Himalayan journey.

DAY 11 : Departure
Today marks the conclusion of your Turbulent Ladakh tour. After breakfast, check out from the hotel and get an assisted transfer to Manali Bus Stand / Airport for your onward journey.
