This 4 nights and 5 days package will let you explore some of the most remarkable Buddhist Monasteries in Leh Ladakh which includes Shey Monatery, Thiksey Monastery, Hemis Monastery and Stok. While in Leh, you’ll also visit Shanti Stupa which offers panoramic view of the Leh Town and one of the best photo ops of the town along with Leh Palace where the former monarch of Ladakh resided. And that is not all as you will be taken on topof Khardung La, the highest motorable pass in the world.
EXPEDITION DETAIL
DAY 1 : SRINAGAR AIRPORT ARRIVAL
On your arrival at Srinagar airport our representative will meet and greet you.Transfer to your hotel in Srinagar and check in.In the afternoon we take you for a tour of Mughal Gardens. Chashmi-e Shahi – The Royal Spring which commands a magnificent view of Dal Lake; Nishat Bagh – The Garden of pleasure is located on the bank of Dal Lake with Zabarwan Mountains in the back & Shalimar Bagh – Abode of Love which was built by Emperor Shah Jehan for his wife Nur Jehan. Your overnight stay is at Hotel.
DAY 2 : SRINAGAR – SONAMARG EXCURSION
After breakfast we take you for a full day tour of Sonmarg – Meadow of Gold offers many scenic trekking routes and is famous for Thajewas Glacier.In Sonmarg enjoy the scenic surroundings or you can visit Thajewas Glacier (at own cost). Late afternoon start your return journey to Srinagar. Your overnight stay is at hotel in Srinagar.
DAY 03 : SRINAGAR – GULMARG EXCURSION
After breakfast you will leave for a full day tour of Gulmarg – Meadow of Flowers. Gulmarg is a popular hill station and well known for skiing in winters. Gondola ride in Gulmarg is a must for all tourists. There are 2 phases of Gondola. The first phase takes you from Gulmarg to Kungdoor. The second phase takes you from Kungdoor to Aparwath. In the evening return to your hotel in Srinagar for overnight stay.
DAY 04 : SRINAGAR – FULL DAY PAHALGAM EXCURSION
After breakfast we take you for a full day tour of Pahalgam. Pahalgam – A Valley of Shepherds located on the banks of river Lidder at a height of 7200 ft. You can enjoy a short trek or take a pony ride to one of the many beautiful spots around Palahgam (at your own cost). In the evening return to your hotel in Srinagar for overnight stay.
DAY 05 : DEPART SRINAGAR AIRPORT
Breakfast at your hotel. Check out and transfer to Srinagar airport for your flight to onward destination.
