DAY 1 : Arrival in Leh – Acclimatization & Evening Sightseeing
Arrive at Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport, Leh. Meet and greet by our representative, followed by transfer to your hotel.
Spend the day at leisure for complete acclimatization to the high altitude (11,500 ft / 3,500 m).
In the evening, enjoy a short sightseeing tour visiting:

DAY 2 : Leh Local Sightseeing – Sangam Tour
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour covering the best of Leh’s surroundings:

DAY 03 : Leh to Pangong Lake via Chang La Pass (17,370 ft)
After breakfast, drive to the world-famous Pangong Lake. En route, cross Chang La Pass, the third-highest motorable road in the world. Enjoy the spectacular scenery and the ever-changing shades of the blue waters of Pangong Tso, located on the Indo-China border. Check in to Hotel for a dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 04 : Pangong – Umling La Pass – Hanle
After breakfast, start your drive towards Hanle, one of the most remote and beautiful villages in Ladakh. En route, visit the Chushul–Rezang La War Memorial, dedicated to the brave Indian soldiers who fought in the 1962 war.
Continue your journey by crossing the Tsaga La Pass, and pass through Loma Bend, Dungti, and Koyul, finally ascending towards Umling La Pass – the world’s highest motorable road (till October 2025) at an altitude of 5,798 metres (19,024 ft).
Spend some time at the pass, soaking in the breathtaking high-altitude landscapes and capturing the moment. Later, descend and continue your drive to Hanle.
Arrive in Hanle by evening. Dinner and overnight stay at the guest house/hotel in Hanle.
DAY 05 : Hanle – Tsomoriri (Approx. 160 Kms / 6-7 Hrs)
After breakfast, visit Indian Astronomical Observatory (Himalayan Chandra Telescope – 2m gamma-ray telescope, the world’s highest and second largest of its kind) and Hanle Monastery. Later drive to the mesmerizing Tsomoriri Lake, located at an altitude of 15,075 ft. En route, cross Mahe Bridge, enjoying spectacular views of the Changthang region — home to the nomadic tribes of Ladakh.
Arrive at Korzok Village by late noon, situated on the western shore of the lake. The serene turquoise waters of Tsomoriri set against snow-capped peaks offer an unforgettable sight. In the evening, take a peaceful walk around the lake and interact with local Changpa nomads.

DAY 06 : Tsomoriri – Tsokar – Taglang-La – Leh (Approx. 200 Kms / 7-8 Hrs)
After breakfast, retrace the route down to Puga Sumdo, known for its hot sulphur springs. Continue your journey across Polokongka Pass (4,920 mtrs) to visit Tsokar Lake, a salt-water lake system located in the Rupsho Plateau. The region is famous for its rich wildlife including kiangs (wild asses), black-necked cranes, and bar-headed geese.
After exploring the area, drive back to Leh via Taglang-La Pass (17,582 ft) – one of the famous motorable road passes in Ladakh. Enjoy breathtaking landscapes along the Manali-Leh Highway.
Arrive in Leh by evening. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Leh.
DAY 07 : Leh Departure
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Leh Airport for your return journey with Stargazer’s paradise tour.
